By submitting payment I agree to the following. I desire to enter and participate in Le Belle Macchine d'Europa events in 2013, organized by the Classic Automobile Renaissance Society Inc, Italian Cars, Inc. on June 21 - 24, 2013, the Slalom organized by Jaguar Clubs North America and the Pocono Tour organized by Mid-Atlantic Lambos on June 23, 2013 does hereby tender an application. Upon acceptance of this application by the event organizer, the undersigned does hereby release the above mentioned its representatives and all participating, sponsors & clubs from any and all liability arising out of said event and does warrant that undersigned and their supplemental registrants will abide by the rules and regulations under which said event will be conducted and agrees to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the Event from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. In addition, I allow the Event and selected sponsors photo rights of my likeness taken at the event for use in any form or manner. I understand, read and accept all rules, regulations and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information may jeopardize my eligibility to participate. I attest that I & all additional registrants accompanying this form are in a good physical & mental health and have no conditions that would render me unable to withstand the rigors of driving on a race track or that might jeopardize other participants on the track. Submitting a request for registration will be consider acceptance of all terms and conditions. Submission of registration does not guarantee acceptance. Any cancellation will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee. There will be no refunds after 06/01/2013 for Pocono Event. This form may not be altered in anyway. Rates subject to change without notice.
